Volunteers are needed for the ARS Spring Convention 2025!

First and foremost, we are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to coordinate our recruitment, create a volunteer list, set up a schedule, assign tasks and complete volunteer recognition post-event.  The Volunteer Coordinator will work with the organizing committee as soon as possible, and be available on site for the convention.

We need volunteers from Thursday, June 5 to Sunday, June 8. Shifts will vary between two to five hours in length, with both daytime and evening events.  As a volunteer, you will receive perks such as a free refreshments and access to events (certain limitations apply).  Your volunteer benefits will be confirmed by the Volunteer Coordinator.

We also have many other volunteer opportunities available:  Registration Desk and Greeters, Reception and Workshop Greeters, Bus Tour Guides and Drivers, Garden Tour Guides, Plant Sale Set Up/Tear Down and Floaters, and Convention Floaters and Clean Up Crew.
